Refunds are available only for premium listings or advertisements purchased via cumbrialistings.co.uk if requested within 7 days of purchase.
To request a refund, please email us at contact@cumbrialistings.co.uk with your registered email address and transaction reference. If eligible, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through Stripe.
