At Cumbria Listings, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with all premium listings and promotional services. This policy explains when and how refunds may be requested.

2. Premium Listings & Advertisements

Refunds are available only for premium listings or advertisements purchased via cumbrialistings.co.uk if requested within 7 days of purchase.

3. Eligibility for Refund

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
  • The listing or advertisement has not yet been published or received public engagement.
  • The payment was completed through our secure Stripe payment system.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Listings or adverts older than 7 days from purchase date.
  • Free listings or unpaid promotional features.
  • Custom or bespoke marketing services already fulfilled or started.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at contact@cumbrialistings.co.uk with your registered email address and transaction reference. If eligible, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through Stripe.
